I spent the first part of my dental career as a dental assistant. I know what it is like to be in the trenches! After I became a dentist, I started working in several offices, and I worked with 20 or more assistants. Every single one of them, EVERY ONE OF THEM was frustrated with the lack of training they had received. The doctors they worked with never spent time with them to help elevate their skills. Some of them progressed just by observing - but that is limited and slow. On top of that, even if they wanted to get training outside the office - none existed.
When I started working together with them, and sharing my knowledge that I thought would help them, they really enjoyed it. What was better, was that they told me that they enjoyed their job again. What felt like a job without any hope or satisfaction became a career with new possibilities. Each one thanked me for treating them like partners and equals, and told me that they would always be grateful for what I was able to share with them.
I want to take that impact that I had on a few, and help more people. Dentistry would not be the profession it is without our assistants. You are our most valuable asset, and critical to successful outcomes for our patients. Come, join me on this webinar, let me share with you some of the most impactful lessons I've learned in patient care!
